Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

We offer reliable shipping both domestically and internationally. Delivery timelines vary based on the shipping method selected and your location:
Domestic (United States)

Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
International

Please note that delivery time estimates do not include processing time, weekends, or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, selected delivery method, and order weight. Occasionally, promotions (such as free shipping) may be offered; details will be shown at checkout when applicable.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package online through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact our support team.
Address Accuracy
To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Kingmaker is not responsible for delays or mis-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately; changes cannot always be guaranteed once an order is processed.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. Customs procedures can also cause delivery delays beyond our control.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the shipment and contents, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. For lost packages, please allow additional transit time during peak seasons; if your tracking status shows no movement for an extended period, contact us so we can assist.
